Engine: Thorneycroft 1.5 diesel engine with
hydraulic drive
Alternators: Two, one to charge engine battery &
the other the domestic batteries.
BSC: Exp 2/4/2012
Lining: The cabin is insulated with spray foam at
the initial build.
Ballast: Three layers of 2” Pressed concrete slabs
(situated in cross braces) on top of Waxol coated steel,
3/4” laminated ply floor on top of battens giving a 1”
air gap.
Fitout: Professional fitout to high standard. Hull
sides up to gunnel height is lined with 10mm ply & walls
lined with English Elm T & G Paneling. Ceiling is lined
in 4mm ply. A practical but comfortable boat with open
plan layout, giving a feeling of spaciousness.
Flooring: Mainly carpet with cushioned vinyl in galley
and shower area.
Steps: At the stern the boat is accessed by a small,
easy to use staircase.
Galley Area: Vanette built-in 4 burner hob with
flame failure device, grill and domestic sized oven
supplied by 13kg cylinders set in L shape formica
counter top. White twin sink with drainer and cupboards
under. 12 volt fridge with large ice box, Houdini
skylight above & steel side doors to the side.
Saloon: Open plan saloon to galley. Multifuel stove.
2 leather chairs and foot stools, 12v tv and cupboards.
Shower Area: Curtained area with thermostatic mixer
and flexible shower attachment above shower tray.
Vanitory unit and a Thetford porta potti, (with spare
cassette) A stainless steel waste tank was fitted at
build for a pumpout toilet and has never been connected
up. A large airing cupboard contains the hot water tank.
Heated towel rail.
Sleeping Cabin: Fitted 6ft x 5ft double cross bed
with mattress that can be hinged on the wall when not in
use. Drawers and storage under. Wardrobe & Shelving with
small cupboards under.
Cockpit: Locker below starboard seat. This contains
battery for 4hp bow thruster via two heavy duty relays.
Under the floor of the cockpit is a stainless steel
water tank and all protected by a cratch cover.
Heating/Hot Water: Hot water through a 14 gallon
lagged calorifier supplied by the engine. Multifuel
stove provides heating for the cabin.
Electrics: Two 115a batteries supply 12v cables that
are run along the roof on the port side covered by a
removable fascia. All lamps and 12v sockets are
connected to these main cables where required. A 240v
cable is run along the roof on the starboard side to
feed the 13 amp sockets when connected to a 240v mains
supply. 1000 inverter rated to supply 800w continuously
& 1000w for short periods when the engine is running.
Inventory: Include headlight, horn, courtesy light
on stern, bow and stern fenders, side fenders, pole,
plank, hook, lifebuoy and stern cover.
Service Record: The boat has been regularly
serviced.
