History:
Built and fitted out by P M Buckle Narrowboats as an
original Calcutt 50ft Clipper boat. Extended in 2003 by
Roger Farringdon and fitted out at Weltonfield
Narrowboats.

Lining: The cabin is insulated with glass fibre in
the initial build and polystyrene in the extension.
Ballast: Pressed concrete slabs.
Fitout: Professional fitout to high standard. Hull
sides, cabin sides and ceiling in oak faced ply. A
practical but comfortable boat with open plan layout,
giving a feeling of spaciousness.
Flooring: Mainly carpet with cushioned vinyl in galley
and shower area.
Steps: At the stern the boat is accessed by a small,
easy to use staircase.
Galley Area: Vanette built-in 4 burner hob with
flame failure device, grill and domestic sized oven
supplied by 13kg cylinders. Stainless steel sink with
drainer and cupboards under. 240volt Hotpoint fridge
with large ice box, Candy washing machine and Microwave.
Cupboard housing inverter/charger unit and galvanic
isolator with separate storage above. Cloaks area.
Houdini skylight above. Room thermostat.
Dinette Area: Raised seating for better viewing,
having a removable table converting to a 4ft double bed,
with storage under. Radiator.
Saloon: Free standing cane furniture. Solid fuel
Squirrel stove. Adjacent study area for computer/TV with
integral radio/CD player giving options of sound in
saloon, bedroom or both. Storage cupboards, wardrobe and
drawers. Radiator.
Large side-hatch with removable plastic window.
Passageway with 2 narrow full height shelved cupboards
and door to shower area.
Shower Area: Curtained tiled area with Mira
thermostatic mixer and flexible shower attachment above
shower tray. Vanitory unit and a Thetford porta potti.
(2 spare cassettes) Radiator.
Sleeping Cabin: Fitted 6ft 3in x 4ft double bed with
dunlopillo mattress Drawers and storage under. Wardrobe
with TV point. Shelving with small cupboards under.
Access to under foredeck storage area housing water pump
and glazed doors to front cockpit. Radiator.
Cockpit: Housing hosepipe on reel and anchor plus
warp/chain. All protected by a cratch cover with clear
plastic windows.
Heating/Hot Water: Radiators served by diesel fired
Hurricane Heater, which also supplies hot water through
a 12gallons lagged calorifier. All radiators with
integral thermostatic valves and a room thermostat
provides overall control to maintain both the heating
and frost protection. Hot water controlled by a separate
thermostat on the calorifier. A remote control panel is
located in the galley. Hot water is also heated by the
engine.
Electrics: Twin engine alternators - 12volts/55amp
alternator charges the starter battery and 12v/90amp
alternator charges 4 - 125amp domestic batteries.
240volt system with sockets throughout. On boat power
generation via engine and Mastervolt 2500w
inverter/charger Combi unit. Remote control panel
located in the galley.
Master switches cut off both systems. 12volt system
protected by fuses and 240volt system protected by
circuit breakers. Landline/generator connection
protected by RCD. Lighting generally 12volts with
minimal 240volt fittings in the galley and bedroom.
Inventory: Include headlight, horn, courtesy light
on stern, bow and stern fenders, side fenders, pole,
plank, hook, lifebuoy and stern cover.
Service Record: The boat has been regularly serviced
and documented from new. The Hurricane Heater was
installed in 2004 and has been serviced regularly.
