Insulation:
Insulation roof—fiberglass x 30mm
Insulation - gunnel level—Rockwool x 50mm
Insulation sides - fiberglass x 50mm
Plastic sheet membrane vapour barrier between paneling
and insulation.
Ballast:
Concrete slabs, on bitumen felt on waxoyled base plate.
Fitout:
Professional fitout to good standard. Cabin sides, roof,
oak faced ply, with handmade solid Meranti trim. Below
gunwhale is carpeted. A practical but comfortable boat
with open plan saloon/galley layout, giving a feeling of
spaciousness.
Flooring:
Carpet tiles throughout.
Steps: At the
stern the boat is accessed by a easy to use staircase &
one step through central forward door.
Sleeping Cabin:
Fitted 6ft 3in x 4ft double bed. Drawers and storage
under. Two wardrobes and cupboard above bed head with
reading lights. Door between bedroom and bathroom. Three
draws under the bed.
Bathroom: Hip
Bath with Triton mixer shower over (new 2009) and built
in vanity unit, pumpout toilet, radiator, extractor fan.
The walls are covered with a tile look finish. Separate
20 gallon fresh water tank (at aft end of boat for
toilet), and Shurflow water pump (located under bed).
Galley Area:
Built-in Stoves 495 SI cooker with 4 burner hob with
flame failure device, extractor fan, grill and oven
supplied by 2 x 13kg cylinders. stainless steel sink,
and cupboards under. Engle 4.2cu ft 12v electric fridge
with large ice box.
Dinette Area:
Folding dining table to seat two.
Saloon: Settee
that makes into double cross bed. Second folding dining
table & chairs stored in handy cupboard between galley
and saloon. Car type stereo and speakers fitted in
cupboard. Cupboard with TV aerial and booster fitted.
Plenty of space for a TV.
Rear Cockpit:
Semi trad cockpit with gas locker on port side, large
locker on starboard side to house windlasses, Large easy
to read instrument panel, easy access to engine room.
Cockpit: Large
open cockpit with plenty of space. Large storage locker
in bow (usually gas, but this one has gas at stern) Bow
toneau for winter months.
Hot Water: Hot
water through a lagged calorifier heated by engine and
Alde gas central heating. Domestic water pump fitted in
cupboard in saloon. Forward 150 gallon polypropylene
water tank under front cockpit floor.
Heating:
Domestic heating supplied by Alde gas boiler situated in
galley (access by removing lift off panel on left of
cooker), room thermostat in saloon. Radiators in
bedroom, bathroom, galley and saloon.
Electrics: 240V
ring main, 2 x 240A/H domestic batteries, with diode
split charge, large alternator, 12v 90ah start battery.
Adverc 55a controlled alternator. 12/450/25 Victron
Atlas Combi Inverter Charger supplying 4 240v power
points. 12 volt supply to lights & sockets in saloon.
240V land line supply to saloon and sockets. Cigar
lighter sockets for mobile phones.
Engine:
Mitsubishi 4cyl marinised by Thorneycroft 1.4 litre, PRM
gearbox with Aquadrive transmission and a 21” x 12”
Crowther propeller.
Deck Furniture:
Pole, plank, boat hook x 2, on custom made supports,
life ring on a bracket on the stern. Front and rear
fenders, ropes.
