Fitout: Professional fitout to good standard. cabin sides, roof, below gunwhale oak faced ply. A practical but comfortable boat with open plan saloon/galley
layout, giving a feeling of spaciousness.

Flooring: Solid Oak floor, except in bathroom and galley which are cushion floor.

Steps: At the stern the boat is accessed by easy to use steps & at the bow it has a central forward door.
Sleeping Cabin: Fitted with a permanent double bed, that extends to around 5ft with storage underneath and a good sized cupboard.

Bathroom: Bath, with shower over. Vetus electric toilet, corner vanity unit.
Waste water tank of 215 litres.

Galley Area: U-shaped galley with a built in LEC fridge (with ice box), gas cooker supplied via 13kg gas cylinder located in the cockpit, stainless square sink and draining board and plenty of low and high level storage.

Dinette/Saloon Area: 2 single chair beds. Cupboards for storage. Morso solid fuel stove rated at 4.4kw. Free standing table and 2 dining chairs.

Rear Engine room: Engine controls. Steps with storage built into them and access to the engine. Gas locker and battery storage. Bilge pump.

Front Cockpit: covered with a cratch.

Hot Water: This is supplied via the engine, and Eberspacher D5W with flo-jet water pump.

Heating: Oil fired.

Electrics: 240v power ring main. Three 135 amp domestic batteries and one 110 amp engine start battery. 240 immersion heater.

Engine: Yanmar Barrus Shire 40, Newage PRM 150 gearbox, 17 x 11 prop, Vetus sterntube, 35 gallon diesel tank. 1 50 amp alternator and 1 110 amp alternator.

Bow Thruster: Vetus 55kfg and 110 amp battery.

Colours: Painted in Donegal Green, rustic red, ivory coach line. Red and cream counter colours.

Anodes: 1.5kg magnesium anodes x 4.

Fire Extinguishers: Thomas Glover & co x 3.
Fire Blanket x 1.
