Fitout: Professional fitout, widely rated among
the best in the industry. All furniture is custom-made,
of substantial quality and character and in immaculate
condition. Hull sides are lined in Ash faced ply with
Ash capping. Cabin sides and ceiling in Ash faced ply,
bulkheads in Ash-faced ply/blockboard.
Sleeping Accommodation: 6/7 berths, consisting of
6ft 3” x 5ft double across aft cabin—Flip -up end stows
away in cupboard to allow passage through. 6ft4” x 4ft
double on dinette in centre cabin—with 6ft 4in canvas
pipe cot over. 6ft 6in x 3ft 9in double on dinette in
saloon-fill in across passage way allows 2 single berths
at right angles as alternative.
Bathroom: Two toilet compartments:
Toilet 1: shower in tiled cubicle with aluminium & glass
door-washbasin, in vanitory unit-Tecma wc with press
button flush to a holding tank of approx 40 gallons
(full warning light).
Toilet 2: Tecma wc with press button flush-wash basin in
vanitory cupboard.
Heating: Bubble stove set in decoratively tiled
fireplace-Eberspacher D5W hydronic compact diesel boiler
supports 5 radiators with individual stats and heated
towel rail.
Water Heating: 12 gallons approx lagged
calorifier heated by Eberspacher boiler, engine and 240v
immersion heater.
Galley: Vanette built in 4 burner hob (with flame
failure device) supplied by 13kg cylinders. Separate
grill and domestic sized oven. Proline 240v microwave
oven installed behind panelled ash slidaway door in
galley. Inlander 4cu ft 12v fridge with panelled ash
fascia.
Saloon: Built in L shaped settee in saloon. Leather
swivelling & reclining easy chair– with matching
footstool. Diesel fired stove, plenty of storage space.
Raised Dinette: Located in the centre of the boat
and raised for better view.
Double Cabin: Double cross bed with flip end that
stows in cupboard to allow access through the boat.
Draws under the bed for maximum storage. Houdini hatch
over head for added ventilation and light.
Access: Solid steel doors to stern, and full height
glazed doors to bow, side doors opposite raised dinette.
Houdini skylight’s over raised dinette, galley and
bedroom.
Windows: 5 Channelglaze bronze anodised aluminium
drop back vent windows, 4 16in portholes with drop back
vents.
Lights: 22 halogen lights, 2 brass wall lights and 2
cockpit lights.
Power Sockets: 3 12 volt, 5 240v and a shaver point.
Tunnel light, horn and navigation lights
Electrics: Twin engine driven alternators.
12-volt/20amp alternator charges 1 90 amp-hours engine
battery-12v/90amp alternator charges 4 domestic
batteries. Master switches cut off both systems-cabin
system protected by circuit breakers-Heart Link digital
monitor displays several parameters of battery state.
240v landline circuit installed with Marechal-type
landline/generator connection protected by RCD.
Independent on board 240v power from 3.5KVA engine
driven generator & also from Mastervolt
Inverter/charger.
Flooring: Pale green pile carpet throughout.
Curtains: Lumberjack tartan check—lined and on
brass rails.
Upholstery: L settee upholstered in burgundy
velvet draylon. Centre dinette in pale green velvet
draylon—seats in forward & aft cockpit are fitted with
removable upholstery.
Fuel:
approx 50 gallons in integral under floor tank.
Cockpit: forward cockpit and aft deck are of steel,
and are self draining. The forward cockpit also has a
traditional-style cratch cover.
Inventory: Include, headlight, horn, navigation
lights, bow & stern fenders, side fenders, pole, plank,
