washbasin with vanity unit giving plenty of storage
space, remote tank Sani Nautico pumpout toilet.
Heating: Mikuni
boiler to radiators, needs servicing.
Galley: Large galley with units both sides, large
stainless steel gas hob, 240v fridge & separate freezer,
space for microwave. Plenty of storage space, High & low
level cupboards, stainless steel sink/drainer.
Breakfast Bar: in
galley with stools.
Saloon: Space for
free standing furniture in the saloon. TV & stereo
cupboard.
Access: Through 1/2 glazed solid Oak doors, side
hatch in saloon and central stern doors with sliding
hatch.
Windows: The
boat has a mixture of portholes and top hopper windows.
Fitout: The
whole boat is Varnished Oak, Oak Trim, carpeted
throughout, except in galley, bathroom & utility where
it has wood effect floor.
Electrics: 12 &
240 volt systems, with sockets throughout, 1200w
Inverter. Shore power sockets.
General:
Glazed cratch board. Fenders front rear.
Batteries: 5
110amp batteries.
