Fitout: Professional fitout to high standard. Hull sides and ceiling in oak faced ply and cabin sides in piranha pine with mahogany trim. A practical but comfortable boat with open plan layout, giving a feeling of spaciousness.

Flooring: Carpeted throughout except for the bathroom which has a wood floor.

Galley Area: Green Vanette 4000/2 built-in 4 burner hob and matching GG7000 oven supplied by 13kg propane gas cylinders, green sink and drainer, there is plenty of cupboard space above and below worktop also12V fridge with ice box. Side hatch with steps.

Saloon: Free standing chair that makes up into a single bed. Dinette that makes double bed. Storage cupboards. TV cupboard & cassette player, doors leading to covered cratch area.

Bathroom: White suite with shower over bath. Techma macerator toilet. Tiled at back of vanity unit and around bath. Lovely wood floor.

Sleeping Cabin: Fitted 6ft 3in x 4ft double bed with storage under. Wardrobe.

Heating/Hot Water: Eberspacher D5W supplying 3 radiators ( in saloon, bedroom and bathroom area) also supplying hot water through a 12gallons lagged calorifier. Hot water is also heated by the engine.

Electrics: 240volts supplied via 1800w inverter separate 20 amp battery charger. Alternator - 12volts/55amp alternator charges the starter battery also charges 2 domestic batteries. Master switches cut off systems. 12volt system protected by fuses

Cockpit: Large open cockpit with plenty of space.

Inventory: Include headlight, horn, bow and stern fenders, side fenders, pole, plank, hook.

Service Record: The boat has been regularly serviced and documented from new and a non residential mooring is available at Weltonfield if required.
