Lining: The cabin is insulated by Sprayfoam. Ballast
is Pressed concrete slabs.
Fitout: Professional fitout, widely rated among
the best in the industry. All furniture is custom-made,
of substantial quality and character and in immaculate
condition. Hull sides are lined in Oak faced ply with
Oak capping. Cabin sides and ceiling in Oak faced ply,
bulkheads in Oak-faced ply/blockboard.
Sleeping Accommodation: 6 berths, consisting of
6ft 3” x 4ft double. 6ft4” x 4ft double on dinette in
centre cabin. Two easy chairs that make single beds.
Bathroom: shower in tiled cubicle with aluminium
& glass door-washbasin, in vanitory unit-Tecma wc with
press button flush to a holding tank of approx 40
gallons (full warning light).
Heating: Stove set in decoratively tiled
fireplace-Eberspacher D5W hydronic compact diesel boiler
supports radiators with individual stats and heated
towel rail.
Water Heating: 12 gallons approx lagged
calorifier heated by Eberspacher boiler, engine and 240v
immersion heater.
Galley: Built in 4 burner hob (with flame failure
device) supplied by 13kg cylinders. Separate grill and
domestic sized oven. Inlander 4cu ft 12v fridge with
panelled ash fascia. Dishwasher fitted in custom built
cupboard. Washing machine fitted in cupboard between
galley & bathroom.
Saloon: Free standing chairs with matching
footstool. Coal fired stove, plenty of storage space.
Raised Dinette: Located in the centre of the boat
and raised for better view.
Double Cabin: Double bed. Draws under the bed for
maximum storage. Access: Solid steel doors to stern, and
full height glazed doors to bow, side doors opposite
raised dinette. Houdini skylight’s over galley.
Windows: Channelglaze bronze anodised aluminium drop
back vents.
Lights: halogen lights, 2 brass wall lights and 2
cockpit lights.
Power Sockets:12 volt, 240v and a shaver point.
Tunnel light, horn and navigation lights
Electrics: Twin engine driven alternators.
12-volt/55amp alternator charges 1 90 amp-hours engine
battery-12v/90amp alternator charges 4 domestic
batteries. Master switches cut off both systems-cabin
system protected by circuit breakers. landline/generator
connection protected by RCD.
Independent on board 240v power from & also from Victron
Inverter/charger.
Bow Thruster: Vetus 4.7kw 12v thruster with 2 110 amp
batteries adjacent to reduce the risk of voltage drop.
Flooring: Pale Blue pile carpet & wood flooring in
saloon.
Curtains: Floral curtains—lined and on brass
rails.
Upholstery: Chairs are upholstered in blue
fabric, Centre dinette in pale Blue velvet draylon—seats
in forward & aft cockpit are fitted with removable
upholstery.
Fuel: approx 50 gallons in integral under floor
tank.
Cockpit: forward cockpit and aft deck are of
steel, and are self draining. The forward cockpit also
has a traditional-style cratch cover.
Inventory: Include, headlight, horn, navigation
lights, bow & stern fenders, side fenders, pole, plank,
hook.
Service History: The boat has been regularly
serviced from new.
Owners: two owners from new.
Mooring: A non residential mooring is available at
Weltonfield for this boat.
