cabin sides Pine T & G, below gunwhales corded carpet
and ceiling in cream lining. A practical but comfortable
boat with open plan layout, giving a feeling of
spaciousness.

Steps: At the stern the boat is accessed by a
small, easy to use staircase.
Galley Area: Vanette built-in 4 burner hob (New
in 2005) with flame failure device, grill and domestic
sized oven (New in 2005) supplied by 13kg cylinders.
Stainless steel sink, with tiled back splash with
drainer and cupboards under. Fridge (New in 2006) with

Gas Boiler
has been refurbished with new heat exchanger, and
expansion tank and burner unit serviced by Colin Rowe.
Unit refitted by him on 3rd April 2008.
The
inverter fitted below the steps at the rear of Cressy is
only rated at 80W continuous and therefore is only
suitable for low power devices such as the DVD player,
mobile phone chargers, electric shavers and electric
tooth brushes. The switch for the inverter in mounted on
the rear step as labelled. When switch position
‘Generator’ on the AC distribution panel is selected all
13Amp sockets on the boat are powered.
The boat is
fitted with a Galvanic Diode and a test point is mounted
in the rear cupboard.
The 3x
leisure batteries are rated at 135amp/hrs and there is a
separate engine battery.
There is a DC isolator switch and an engine isolator
switch mounted in the rear right hand-side locker.
A Volt/Amp
monitoring panel fitted above the shelf unit at the
rear. This monitors leisure battery voltage/amps, and
engine battery voltage only.
A smoke
detector and a carbon monoxide detector are installed in
the passage outside the bathroom. The boat has not been
check by the Fire Brigade but they are willing to carry
out fire risk assessments. |
