Fitout: Professional fitout to high standard.
cabin sides, roof, below gunwhale oak faced ply, with
handmade solid oak trim. A practical but comfortable
boat with open plan saloon/galley layout, giving a
feeling of spaciousness.
Flooring: Carpeted throughout, except for
bathroom which has ceramic tiles and the galley which is
oak.
Steps: At the stern the boat is accessed by a
easy to use staircase & at the bow it has two steps
through central forward door.
Sleeping Cabin: Fitted with a double bed with
storage under. Two double wardrobes (one of which houses
the Zanussi washing machine) and 2 wall cupboards above
bed head with reading lights. A lovely spacious room.
Bathroom: Quadrant corner shower, Mansfield
pumpout toilet, corner vanity unit and a corner cupboard
with shelves above.
Galley Area: U-shaped galley with a built in
fridge (with ice box), free standing Stoves cooker,
stainless round sink and draining board and plenty of
low and high level storage. Side doors with Perspex
insert.
Dinette Area: Fixed L-shaped dining area which
forms part of the extra long saloon. L-shaped seating
converts to a double bed with large fold flat dining
table. Side doors over the seating area.
Saloon: Large saloon with plenty of room for
either a sofa or recliner chairs and foot stools. Solid
fuel Bubble stove on port side in the corner by the
front bulkhead and built in cupboards on the starboard
side with T.V, satellite system and six disc stereo.
Rear Cockpit: Built in cupboards, engine
controls. Steps with storage built into them and access
to the engine and Eberspacher central heating boiler.
Front Cockpit: Two built in seat lockers with a
small table between. New cratch cover fitted in 09.
Hot Water: This is supplied via the engine, the
central heating and an immersion heater is also fitted.
Heating: Eberspacher central heating supplying
finrads which run the entire length of the boat on the
starboard side and solid fuel Bubble stove in saloon.
Electrics: Victron inverter and charger giving
240v power. Four domestic batteries and one engine start
battery.

Deck Furniture:
Pole, plank, boat hook, on custom made supports. Front
