chrome towel rail washbasin with vanity unit giving
plenty of storage space, cassette toilet with 3 spare
cassettes.
Heating: Diesel eberspacher boiler to radiators, and
diesel stove in saloon.
Galley: Large U shaped with Chrome cooker, fridge &
microwave. Plenty of storage space, Candy aqua 1000
washing machine in cupboard behind galley with storage
over. Side door opposite galley and Houdini hatch in
roof.
Toilet: Cassette toilet in bathroom.
Saloon: Settee that converts into a cross bed,
table, 2 leather /beech chairs in the saloon. Diesel
fired stove on a hearth. TV & stereo cupboard with radio
CD and built in speakers in the cabin roof. Matching
curtains and cushions.
Access: Through full height 1/2 glazed solid Oak
doors, side hatch opposite galley and central stern
doors with sliding hatch.
Windows: The boat has a mixture of portholes and top
hopper windows as well as Houdini hatch’s (with blinds)
in galley for extra light & ventilation.
Fitout: The whole boat is Varnished Oak, with Solid Oak
Trim, oak floor throughout, ceramic tiled floor in
bathroom.
Electrics: 12 & 240 volt systems, with sockets
throughout, 1200w Victron Inverter. Shore power sockets.
General: Glazed cratch board and cover. Fenders
front rear and side, Cruising Inventory, deck furniture
& life ring,
