Steps: At the stern the boat is accessed by a small, easy to use staircase.

Galley Area: Vanette built-in 4 burner hob with flame failure device, grill and domestic sized oven supplied by 13kg cylinders. Stainless steel sink with drainer and cupboards under. Fridge with large ice box, Cloaks area.

Dinette Area: Raised seating for better viewing, having a removable table converting to a 2ft single bed, with storage under. Radiator.

Saloon: Free standing furniture. Solid fuel Squirrel stove. Storage cupboards.
Large side-hatch with removable plastic window.
Passageway with 2 narrow full height shelved cupboards and door to shower area.

Shower Area: Hip bath and built in vanitory unit and a Thetford porta potti.

Sleeping Cabin: Fitted 6ft 3in x 4ft double bed. Drawers and storage under. Wardrobe. Access to under foredeck storage area housing water pump and glazed doors to front cockpit.

Cockpit: Large open cockpit with plenty of space.
Heating/Hot Water: Hot water through a 12gallons lagged calorifier. Hot water is also heated by the engine. Wood burning stove provides adequate heating for the whole boat.

Electrics: alternator - 12volts/55amp alternator charges the starter battery also charges 2 - 125amp domestic batteries. Master switches cut off
systems. 12volt system protected by fuses
Inventory: Include headlight, horn, bow and stern fenders, side fenders, pole, plank, hook.

Service Record: The boat has been regularly serviced and documented from new and a non residential mooring is available at Weltonfield if required.
